1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies solely to consumers (as defined in our Terms & Conditions) who purchase or subscribe to our digital services for personal, non-commercial purposes. 2. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to a cooling-off period for certain digital services.

3. Cooling-Off Period for Digital Services

Under UK law, you generally have the right to cancel a contract for digital services within 14 days of purchase (“cooling-off period”), even if you have already accessed the content. We honor this right fully, and if you cancel within this cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund.

4. Our “Not Completely Satisfied” Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, if at any time you are not completely satisfied with our service, you are entitled to request a full refund.

Once your refund is processed, your paid subscription will end immediately, and your account will be downgraded to our free tier (if available).

The ability to request a refund is only available whilst a subscription is active and has not be cancelled by either you or us.

6. Processing Your Refund

  • Original Payment Method: All refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
  • Refund Timing: We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of approving your request. Once processed, it may take additional time (depending on your bank or payment provider) for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Effect on Your Subscription

When we issue a refund, your paid subscription will end immediately. You may continue to use any free tier or complimentary access if offered, but you will not retain the benefits of any paid service.

8. No Effect on Statutory Rights

This policy and any refunds provided under it are in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer protection laws.
