March 17 2012 Aeroméxico Connect Flight 2469 experienced a loss of cabin pressure at FL320 near Tampico while flying from Veracruz to Monterrey. The Embraer ERJ 145 (XA-TAC) made an emergency descent and diverted to Tampico International Airport, with no injuries to the 51 people on board.
June 23 2011 Aeroméxico Connect Flight 2471 was struck by two lightning bolts while en route from Nuevo Laredo to Mexico City. The Embraer ERJ 145 (XA-SLI) diverted to Monterrey due to system damage and smoke in the cockpit, with all 43 people on board safely landing.
