December 13 2023 Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR officially entered RINA S.p.A.'s shareholder structure, changing the company's ownership distribution. Carlo Luzzatto was simultaneously appointed as the new CEO and General Manager, while Ugo Salerno remained Executive Chairman.
2012 Ugo Salerno also assumed the role of Chairman of RINA in addition to his CEO position.
